If your order item is in stock, the orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Some items would take a few weeks.
If your order item is NOT in stock, there will be a button "ADD TO QUOTE" instead of "ADD TO CART". When you add to quote, there will be a quote cart icon on the right up. From the quote cart, you can request an inquiry by clicking "SUBMIT INQUIRY".

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
After the item is shipped we are not responsible for any delays, lost, damaged packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
