  Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies because our items are made to order.

 

three x seven Jewelry does not carry excess inventory for sustainability reasons. Therefore, we recommend that you place your order earlier if you consider to purchase a gift. Please allow 5 to 21 days production time for your order to ship out. Please contact us with the item number for more detail.

If you would like to order bridal jewelry, there will be a button "ADD TO QUOTE" instead of "ADD TO CART". When you add to quote, there will be a quote cart icon on the right up. From the quote cart, you can request an inquiry by clicking "SUBMIT INQUIRY".

OR you can simply email us with item numbers.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

After the item is shipped we are not responsible for any delays, lost, damaged packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

  Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping for domestic orders over $100. 
  • Shipping time usually takes 1-3 business days domestic

  International Shipping 

  • We offer international shipping.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • International order do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
  • Shipping time usually takes 5-7 business days international. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at threexseven.style@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
